-West Jet Air Center, 605-393-2500 "has four cars at the full-service FBO, self-service is not affiliated and does not have vehicles (or anything for that matter)." 2/18 Brad adds in 11/2020: "Its a 1 block walk to the Regional Airport's fully equipped Car Rental facility if you want a longer term rental that you can setup in advance (probably cheaper than via the FBO). I will add that West Jet is a fantastic FBO. It was below 0F when we pulled up to the ramp and within 10 minutes it was in a large hangar heated to +70F. No landing fee that I recall but we did get fuel and the heated hangar."
